To the extent that I use AI for art is in the planning of training / practice schedules. It's really good for helping me figure out how to improve my own skills in certain areas, what kind of practice methods I should use, what kind of references I can use, and if there are any videos I should watch. I've found AI to be a really useful organisation tool. I use it for similar things like building gym programmes, and learning mandarin.
For the actual production of art however, how could I call it my art if someone or something else is doing it for me? I in no way want it to touch anything I am actually drawing because then it would no longer be mine. I take a lot of pride in the work I produce, and even if external validation is improved with AI, my own internal validation (which is far more important to me) would be hollow.
I think where AI is powerful is in the areas that most people don't see. Healthcare research and development for new drugs or technologies as an example. AI should be used for the things we can't do, like finding a cure for cancer, not the things we already can.
