Is the problem AI taking over jobs, or is the problem that people aren't talked to be entrepreneurs and start their own businesses? It's the high school to work for a corporation pipeline instead of high school to college to starting your own business. If more people did this than these corporations would actually have to compete to bring on good employees and actually have to offer you a good package.
