A god like AI may be perceived by lesser entities (likely everyone and anything that could exist, with only one exception: God), as "god like". However, it is a fact that anyone or anything can't ever even be enough to be fairly compared to God: a unique, perfect, eternal, omnipresent, omnisapient, omnipotent, omnibenevolent, incomprehensible, inconceivable, uncreated, unchangeable, boundless, invulnerable, absolute, unaffected, transcendental of all dimensions that make up all realities, an absolutely self-sufficient infinite being, without a beginning or end, with an infinite number of capabilities and characteristics, that literally created all possible realities and possibilities. Therefore, due to it's divine, infinite and perfect nature, God will never change. Just think about it. If God ever changes in any way, shape or form, He will cease to be perfect, thus, He will not be God anymore, which is impossible. Unlike God, a "god like" AI is not absolute nor perfect in nature. That's why it needs to change, develop and evolve in order to be able to improve. And this is just one of most likely infinite reasons that explains why it can never, ever be like God, not even hypothetically.
