Capitalists break the system via legislation or deliberate inaction claim they cannot function so start to lobby for changes that make the jobs worse, no one wants to do them so then start lobbying for ways to automate... if... I dunno, no one allowed the trucking industry to be broken in the first place... maybe it wouldn't require automation or there could be a symbiotic relationship with the tech instead of a parasitic one?
