I think ai will be not going to take a job of experienced senior but for juniors , ai can easily replace them after 1 or 2 years , because ai has ability to evolve, look at chatgpt 3 years back , it can hardly provide code without bug and issue but now ai is pretty impressive, it can write most of the chuck of code if properly provided prompt plus ai coding assistant like cursor ai which can integrate with vs code and have ability to read , search and edit through whole codebase , it has really amazing results so there is a high possibility in after only 2 years company won't be hiring any juniors or freshers , senior could handle the work of 5 to10 juniors with these tools. Time is the only thing that can provide wheather am i right or wrong? What do you guys think?😊
