Shitposting is not and will never be art. also, art is not subjective. art is subjective in the same way that existance is and if you go down that particular abstraction discussion itself becomes irrelevant. AI "art" is not art because art cannot be a copy or an interpretation. it is that simple. when u sing soneonelse's song you're an interpret not an artist. you might be a good, great, or bad interpret but you'll never be more than that. Personally I am not against AI images but I do think they should not be called art because they do not meet the requirements for that. Ai art will only ever be mediocre at best and we already got a lot of that so more of the same meh is not really a problem
