It really is odd how the CEOs of these companies could hire more employees with the pairing of AI to become even more productive. AI can do things, that are usually worse or just at acceptable levels, and isn't as productive with a human guiding it. Like you touched on, at the start, it was a tool that can help you become even better. But nope, not gonna happen, we cant build a good society as a collective whole, they need to line their pockets with more and more money. One day it most likely all collapse, how can you feed into consumerism when you have no one to buy the products??
