Simplified version for people with low attention spans:
An artist sees something, is inspired by it, and creates something with a hint of flavour resembling the original thing.
An AI makes a similar looking copy of it. Because thats what AI's are designed to do. To replicate human behaviour., as to the best of their abilities. AI's cant think for themselves, they can only take pieces, aspects, and traits of the originals, and shuffle them around. Those pieces, are the keywords in a prompt. They can only rearrange the pieces they know. They cant create new pieces themselves.
