AI is not replacing jobs, companies are restructuring who knows AI in there industry and business to gain more productivity. Many humans continue to deny to make a unhealthy working environment healthy, so now the big bosses are cleaning up shop. Losing a job is a natural thing, it's just some of you people are just feeling the effects for the first time in your life. (Sad) Let this be a reminder you can say your valuable all you want but the true value is always space. And if they can make more space and produce a good pace without you, where does that leave you? HR is sick of dealing with people problems. Good luck out there.
