That law is no problem at all because Artificial Intelligence doesn't actually exist. All these LLM and GPTs and so on are just statistical modeling systems. They aren't intelligent. They are hype. All states need to do is regulate application of uncharacterized statistical models to whatever thing they were trying to keep AI out of.
