I think that, as always, things has to be used mindfully. I'm studying neuroscience, and I love it. Sometimes following professors it's difficult or they mention something interesting but they don't elaborate much. In these cases, tho of course talking directly to the professor is better and it also creates more networking because they will remember you more, not always it's possible, so you can use AI to get more information and learn more. Learn more! Never the contrary!
