I can personally understand AI for personal use like getting npcs for simple D&D campaigns for friends because functionally stealing a real piece of art as a placeholder for bill the gnome hat salesman isn't really different than stealing using the AI Frankenstein machine because technically both are just theft. But AI should be illegal to use in any professional context unless you bought the rights for every single image your AI scraped, just like how if a professional project just straight up used someone elses art without paying they can be sued.
