I was looking for a lawyer and called a bunch of law offices. Maybe 10% of the calls I was put thru directly to an AI secretary for the intake questions. It was the exact same experience as the other 90% with real people. They even add office sounds and keyboard tap sounds. Only difference? One is getting paid and the other is absolutely free
