I did the workplace trauma dump on it and it somehow knows what my position and role is at my job without me telling it and it will even bring it up when I talk about other things. Tbh it's kinda cool and I don't really care if it uses that stuff.
I think better advice is just don't tell chatgpt things you don't want others to hear or know.
