I call myself a cripple (disabled doesn't feel right).
My art is entirely 3D so my stuff can't be stolen by AI (yet). I would never use AI to do something I can't. That's what practice, innovation, & knowing other artists is for. If I couldn't make shit because of my hands or something, I'd find another way to do it.
