It's kinda crazy how AI artists get up in arms against people who built up a skill - an act which used to be considered admirable, mind you - cursing them as being devious gatekeepers.
Like, they have a sought-after job that famously makes almost NO money for the majority of them, regardless of their efforts, and yet somehow they're the pretentious bad guys for wanting to defend their little corner of nothing. I'm sure there's a lot to say about humanity in this, but I'm neither smart nor eloquent enough to say it.
