This is not the biggest problem with AI used for therapy, not at all. Frankly, I don't care if some of my problems would be told to other people without the AI also saying I was the one talking about that or offering much context. At the end of the day, my problems aren't unique, plenty of people have gone through what I'm going through. There's much bigger concerns about AI therapists than this, for example the way they are probably totally unequipped to give a personalized, fitting and useful answer to something as complex as someone having suicidal thoughts.
