I'm 60 and have been in customer service roles my entire life and current massage therapist. I find AI annoying and useless. It's learning at our expense and people are slitting their own throats being ignorant, incompetent and complacent in their roles sitting at home in their underwear collecting an unearned paycheck. I've spent the past month dealing with this with Airbnb and CVS Specialty Pharmacy, both unresolved issues still. I would have been fired for some of the things I am encountering. No stopping the runaway train now...
