Well, that is fine and dandy, but they need to apply the algorithm across the board. the need to include all affluent kids and their current activities that will most likely lead to a life of financial crimes. Imagine if we can avoid pyramid schemes, embezzlement, bribery, tax evasion. Or those kids that have an affinity for the priesthood; you know try to catch those child molesters. For some reason, I don't think that the sheriff dept will include those.
