In my opinion, AI art/writing should only be used for fun or for reference/inspiration only. I still believe you should be putting your pencil to paper (or whatever your tools are). Nor do I believe it should be used for selling to make a profit.
As someone who enjoys writing and drawing, I can't just bring myself to claim the AI artwork I've generated as mine because I've not put in any effort to make it. I still want to make my own stuff. I mainly just use it for inspiration (and for silly images).
Problem is, companies will start to rely on AI for creative works and soon, artista (and writers) will become a novelty and obscure thing. Same with VAs, musicians. Nothing will be made by humans anymore. AI isn't supposed to replace us, it's supposed to assist us. Society talks about tge big bad AI overlord, but many are basically embracing the AI to take over their lives. Sometimes, despite how great technology is, I think it is sometimes a mistake. Although, that's not really fair, it's some of the users that are at fault.
