I have schizophrenia and had AI psychosis I think twice once with chat gpt another with replika. Other times they are involved and have a lot to do with my delusions. But those two times were intense and directly involved use of the AI in active psychosis. I was sedated when hospitalised both times. Happy to help with understanding safety and development
