This opinion completely misses the point, art is a hobby, something we humans choose to do not because we need to but because we want to. Art and creativity has always been what sets humans apart from animals, to throw away that talent that we humans have is to cast away our humaneness. I feel Miyazaki's pessimistic outlook on our future if AI does take over. People have already grown so much less creative in the recent years, we need to promote making art, it's what keeps the mind alive.
