Watching Corporations operate now is min blowing. They maintain staggering numbers of top tier staff during times of economical stress or loss. It always appears to affect the mid/lower tier employee's by means of reduced staffing and/or the loss of benefits, hours, ect. If reducing current workers is not an option, entire departments are cut to fractions of what's needed. Yet somehow, top tier staff maintain overwhelming numbers and abundance ((Typically common in Government restructuring). I wonder if AI will notice the top tier levels as well???
