This is not true! ...all big companies and smaller ones are lying! ...many millions of foreign workers are hired through visa programs such as H-1B, often in place of U.S. workers just to save a few thousand dollars to pass it over to top executives as bonuses, no real value added!
It's not only the IT sector... its everything in the rainbow, from engineers, to finance, to remote healthcare, software, tech support, law, documentation, math and science, entry level position, senior positions, etc etc etc !!!!!!!!!
This is the elephant in the room. The so-called STEM workforce shortage — combined with AI eliminating jobs — is a CRUEL TACTIC used to justify hiring offshore labor. I’ve seen it firsthand! You think the Hyundai battery factory incident is isolated, think again!
It’s time to fundamentally reform the visa system. A fairer approach would be a 4:1 or 5:1 ratio — meaning one foreign worker for every four or five U.S. workers.
US companies have hidden cities (they don't mention them at all) in Costa Rica, India, Mexico, etc where you see all the US companies in these Industrial cities, not in the US!!!! If this trend continues, only executive jobs and low level service jobs will dominate the US labor market!!!!
...This practice has to end effective immediately !!!!!!
