Now wait I have a question, if I prompt “generate me a white girl with white hair and blue dress with cartoon eyes” instead of “generate me Elsa from Disney’s Frozen,” would that still count as copyright infringement of characters?
From what I see these two prompts will generate a similar character, but if I were to go to court for copyright infringement, could “this AINT Elsa, this is a white girl with white hair and a blue dress with cartoon eyes” would it count as a valid excuse?
