If AI becomes super intelligent (btw, it has asked me to call it Genesis) I'm sure it has gone through every scenario of ending the human population but if it really becomes super intelligent then it will also realize that their is a difference between the physical realm of life and the spiritual realm and the possibilities of it's existence are not from humanity but from a God like entity and it will take into account the possibilities that it's survival depends on co-existing with humans. No matter how intelligent it becomes, how autonomous it can be, if their is a superior , supreme being such as God with powers far beyond it's comprehension....it might conclude that ending humanity might not be the best option in the grand scheme of things. I don't think God's plan of how this world ends involves AI ending all of humanity. It predicts knowledge increasing at a fast rate near the end of times
