Future is quite predictable if you look at current/planned tech development.
None of this is made for you and me to upload our travelling photos to social media. Massive, redundant datacenteres deployed globally (cloud) - AI’s digital brain which you can’t simply unplug. Robots, drones, etc. - AI’s presense in our physical reality. 5G (soon 6G, etc.), Starlink, and other high throughput wireless communication technologies will enable connection between the brain and it’s body. Renevable energy sources to provide infinite “life” for both, datacenters and it’s AI’s physical manifestation. High quality cameras on each corner - AI’s eyes. Social media where people upload their photos, and of their kids for many years - biometric data. If you put all of this together, it is an undestructable weapon in hands of very few people, and there will be no kill switch. Probably, the beast will bite it’s owner at some point. Might be that we are facing biblical beast very soon. Hope I’m totally wrong, but from what I can see, this is the direction we are heading to. UN agenda, Great Reset/4th industrial revolution - this is just a script.
