6:23 It's not as sumple as "this is the law" when on every single social TOS or whatever platform, i guarantee (i dont use insta or toktok, but they should also have something like that) they have similar TOS like twitter and facebook. Which says by posting ur stuff u give permission: "to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed" <--- including through their own company as well as partners and other third parties. So, wrong in a lot of cases. Ppl actually consented. (I just don't know how legally binding this TOS can be). Ofc i know that only like 0.01% of ppl actually ever read TOS or anything like that before making an account anywhere etc x: But I dislike AI art for the reason that it's now even harder to commission ppl.
