Skill isn't talent that's it. Practice makes you better and if you want to make art but you uses a stealing + matching sht togheter logiciel (ai if it wasn't obvious) you cant practice neither developing skill and so make art. Grab a pen and paper or download a drawing app and actually draw -_-
