Its becoming more true that from 16 through 34 is inexperienced to hire, then 35 to 64 is too old to mold 😂. Companies know if they can increase their profit by replacing entry level workers with AI, they will do that. It does not matter that this will hurt talent retention 10 to 15 years from now. As long as a few can benefit financially until the train crashes. That will be someone elses problem
