Its not silly
IF you would look at the process you do by generating its more than just the prompt.
Particularly if you invest several hours into one image going back and forth between different interfaces and photoshop.
If you invest 20 hours into one image, and using AI as tools to render parts over and over and over. There is no harm.
Its more than sitting on midjourney and typing in some key words
