If all you can afford is chatGPT therapy, please do it. Its good, I know. And if the book is good, read it.
I don't have a problem with either of these or the idea that chatgpt might have used my therapy in a book idea.
There is a setting to off data gathering, but you have to trust openAI to honor that.
