It's interesting that they show statistically that it isn't people's fault, it's income inequality and there are fewer positions available because of AI, but they try to put a positive spin on it because if we can convince ourselves that people who deserve jobs will get them, we'll blame ourselves and each other if we don't instead of holding the government and our elites fiscally responsible for the mess they created.
