The people who write the code might put themselves above the law and get away with crimes because they can have the code say that they are not on the list of suspects and point to people that they have problems with or are just a general patsy. Also, how will a person ever be able to go straight after pleading guilty even if they were innocent, since DA's like to go for higher crimes and make it look like they are giving a sweetheart deal with a lesser crime. This put them in the algorithm to be a suspect for future crimes even though the didn't commit any crimes. Or say they actually have cleaned up their act. The algorithm will keep them linked to the system so they can not say goodbye to their past. Too many issues along with the 'Guilty until proven innocent' way this system will work. It will become 'It is better to have 100 innocent people punished than have one guilty go free. Instead of have 100 guilty go free than one innocent be punished, but we are getting close to the more innocents being punished than guilty. In my opinion.
