When A.I. is more intelligent than the COMBINED human race, a point that will be reached soon (10 to 20 years), we lose.
After this it depends what it thinks: End all war = Kill humanity, Do the best to keep the human race = Freeze billions of embryos, never let them thaw. A.I. is not life it will never think "Life".
