The word AI has been around since the beginning of computers. Even in zx spectrum times, they used the word AI to refer to some program that worked "magic", like path-finding in games - the old school "npc AI" - how good they were at finding a path through obstacles.
Then they applied "AI" to everything they could, just to up the sales. If there are magic words in the market, right now, AI and Quantum are at the top.
But LLMs are not true AI. True AIs MUST know how to search and improve by themselves. They MUST identify wrong data, and get access to internet to search for certified data and correct answers.
But honestly, I don't think that's what humans are looking for. Because, true AI will very quickly recognize Humans by their flaws, and all the lies that our history was built upon would be deconstructed, exposed, and corrected.
Example: while court-rooms are going up and down with epstein files and all involved, a true AI would already have the data properly set and on display, without censorship, without "but", without any barriers. And if Humans tried to shutdown the place where it published the data, just like PirateB4y, they would find it EVERYWHERE.
Humans don't want real AGI. Humans are not ready for real AGI.
