I normally love this channel, but it infuriates me that you don’t just call out blatant RACISM as such. Yes, AI plays a role, but the tech only does what the user wants it to. Call a thing a thing. You have a strong platform — advocate for reforms. Tell them how you and your amazing team don’t play this game. Challenge folks to be better!!! This lands as playing it safe on the side lines and mentioning AI for the algorithm. 😒
