That robots and AI will exist more and more is one reality. The other is...we already refuse to check ourselves out in stores and those that do, often steal, which brings retail outfits to reverse their decisions. And we often participate in retail boycotts for other reasons. All we have to do is boycott where we can. If the business doesn't employ enough people, don't buy the damn thing. Stop with overconsumerism and stay away as much as possible from processed food products. Keep it simple silly. As for robot plumbers...this might become necessary as less and less people are working in trades. But if given the choice, I will take a hairy arse-crack over a robot. Also, I go to counters and speak to a person...I don't use the available machines. Stop complying and/or withdraw your $ from economy...where and when you can.
