This whole argument is STUPID
you should compare 10 hired workers
to 10 hired workers that use AI - not one person that uses AI and is as fast as the 10 boomers.
guess wich of the two is extremely more productive? Economics say, if you can make money, youll grow.
at our company, nobody got fired.. we are just way more productive. Illustrators are in danger? No they just use AI now as these poeple have awesome eye for style and direction, you need experts in the fields, and dnt forget someone who actually uses "AI" to spit out the right images. Workers become Art directors here... Thats awesome.
I bet there are Workplaces where people relly loose money because of greedy management but that wont be the standard in my opinion.
