Hmmm personally i use Ai to calculate my macros & kcal's, to double check my own math.
Is it correct? Am i mathing properly. I ask it stupid validity questions hahhahah.
I am constantly thinking of how to expand my knowledge, use it kinda like a General use Wikipedia that helps me do menial tasks faster....
And i always question every responce it gives me. I ask myself Mentally: "Does that make sense? How can i improve This response?"
Am i using it wrong 😂 ?
