Most people who are saying that there are alternative jobs to those taken by AI arent realistic..if you layOff 1000 people n only 100 or 150 are able to adapt n get another job/revenue stream, thats still a negative.
Also the education system needs to catch-up n adapt, HR consultants n talent management also needs to catch-up/adapt n innovate, why are they still using old models to recruit n employ people if the vacancies/jobs are fewer n have less job security..
Our governments are also blind to the economic repercussions...if education is a poor ReturnOnInvestment why bother paying for expensive schools, less schools operrational means institutions are shutting down which ias a ripple effect of allowing AI without regulation to takeover jobs n not replace them
