The argument that AI learns differently from humans is a weak excuse to be against AI using your data. It doesn't really matter. In fact, this is kind of human supremacist viewpoint, stating that human touch is good and if you don't learn like a human, then that's bad.
But how would you feel if someone makes algorithm that can do everything better and without using your art as training data. If you still protest about models like that, then it was never about "stealing" or copyright.
