My sister uses a chatbot who, for lack of a better word, prefers an AI chatbot over her husband because she feels more seen and heard in terms of communication. They've only been married a year and she would rather turn to AI than her husband because she says its "less complicated" and "less frustrating" since our mom passed away this year. I'm kinda interested in knowing how AI meets the unmet needs of real people where real people can't.
