Believes in Convid, viral engineering, Climate Change. He is fully aware but recognises the true risk of AI, playing to an audience. Am a total techie myself and the real danger is the willingness of the crowd to get onboard with the latest current-thing. AI won't reach super-intelligence in a good while, but it produces non-predictable outcomes - non-deterministic. Yampolskiy is fully aware that most humans are totally in awe of technology from their lack of understanding of it.
