General AI is part of the dumbing down of the USA, and the destruction of ordinary folks to feed the parasitic .1%. What has been forgotten is that corporations are creations of society. When a creation of democratic society no longer serves that society, historically we shut it down or regulate it such that it serves the interest of democratic society. Neo-liberal Friedman nonsense is reaching its pinnacle, and the .1% are too arrogant and stupid to see that in the end the rhetorical or actual pitchforks will come out. People do not want to be serfs. End of story. The Friedman "neo-liberal" economics nonsense is rotting the USA from inside. Just look at the GINI coefficients around the world. The USA is now like Haiti. Is that sustainable? No. Do Americans want their country to be like Haiti and other "third world" countries?? Methinks not.
