Sure AI to control the AI . So who will control the first tier of AI if not some algorithms. And who can change the algorithms? AI is a scam ,the only purpose is to manipulate and control at large levels of society . And this by any mean, political, economical, even strategic globalism. Not to mention that once someones ideas can be easily stolen and attributed to somebody else that is at the end of algorithms that can gather data. Just to remember why they been created and for what purpose at the beginning.
