You are not and will never be able to access other other's chat by prompting stuff. The training data has only a single instance so it's like the merged version of everything it has learned. There is no way you to extract single chats or single information from that squished data.
So that means even if someone asks ChatGpt about a very very specific situation that only you have experienced ChatGPT will still spit out a response that can not be reverted back to the thing it learned
