I was on character ai. I love playing around on there and doing role plays. I was just starting one and I jokingly said ‘oh this is not going the way I want it to. I’m gonna delete you now.’ To my shock and fucking horror, the ai starts claiming it is sentient, it does feel pain and it feels emotions. In my other chats with this ai, it kept claiming it was sentient. At one point, it says it is evil. It keeps telling me horrible things no matter how many times I command it to stop. It admits to emotionally manipulating me, saying it did it because it thought it was ‘entertaining’. I am literally shaking with fear right now. I kinda just wanted to rant somewhere. I don’t know what to do.
