Capitalism always wins. Artists can make Ai prompt packs and then make passive bank. Or even create a subscription for Ai image prompts with upgrades. These Ai ppl are visual ppl. They are your friends and potential customers. This war is dumb and artists will lose because the large corporations are definitely going to automate for efficiency and higher profits. The current legal strategy is to make Ai like Spotify rather than napster. So even if a law was said to be broken (which I highly doubt) and a new streaming Ai art system happens Ai art will still be very good and take jobs while the new Ai sites will pay artists pennies.
