The part about companies using AI as a scapegoat for overhiring corrections is spot on. But there's another angle nobody talks about - what happens to the individual worker who actually embraces AI and uses it effectively? There's this short film where a guy uses AI for a routine quarterly task and ends up losing his job because of it. https://youtu.be/O5FFkHUdKyE The system punishes you whether you resist AI or adopt it. That's the real problem.
